Hi everyone, Peter Liciaga here and I wanted to share something that I wrote in my journal today.

Every morning one of the things that I do as part of my morning ritual is to, first of all one of the things I do my workout my, what I call my AM fitness ritual. I’ll do that first. I get my water, and then I sit down to do my meditation and prayer. I do some reading. Then I jump onto my journal and just of take what I’ve read and I start thinking of ways I can apply it in my life and I start writing this down and I want to share that with you today.
