Overcoming Obstacles Part 5 – Using Your “Wise Mind”

Hi everyone, Peter Liciaga here with today’s episode of The Black Belt Strong Zone.

In today’s episode let’s continue our conversation about overcoming obstacles so that we can reach our goals.

Yesterday I mentioned this idea of “wise mind”.

Wise Mind is that place where your reasonable mind and emotion mind overlap. It is the integration of both “minds”.

Your emotion mind will urge you to quit, act impulsively, rage, or give up when faced with obstacles to your goal.

STOP, TAKE A STEP BACK, OBSERVE YOUR STATE, and PROCEED WITH YOU “WISE MIND”

Make the choice for your wise mind to be in charge.

Your wise mind can take in new information, be flexible in considering alternatives, and be creative in thinking of solutions.

The super-power skill for wise consideration today is
WISE MIND.
