Stuff I’ve Been Up To This Week, So Far

Happy Wednesday! Here’s the best stuff I’ve been into so far this week…

Current favorite quote today: “Our days are so few, our existences so complicated. As long as we’re breathing we shouldn’t further complicate our lives.” ― Paul Rusesabagina

My martial arts training:

This week my focus is on breathing techniques to increase my health, healing, energy and relaxation.

1. Tang Soo Do – I am spending a lot of time visualizing my forms/hyungs for my 6th degree black belt test as my torn calf heals.
