Overcoming Obstacles… this Saturday we are doing our board break at DKC. Yesterday I had a student that said that they were afraid to do the board break.

Today, in this episode of The BLACK BELT STRONG ZONE, I am going to continue our conversation about not allowing obstacles stop us from reaching our goals.

Contrary to what many people may think, martial arts is so much more than kicks, punches and breaking boards…

It’s about personal empowerment….improvement AND overcoming and breaking through obstacles and percieved limitations.

The super-power skill for wise consideration, when you are confronted with an obstacle I would like to share with you today is:

ACCEPTING YOUR EMOTIONS.
