Living Strong Monday: Disrupt Patterns and Awaken Your Indomitable Spirit

As we step into a new week, let’s embrace the opportunity to disrupt patterns that no longer serve us and replace them with actions that empower growth, resilience, and purpose. For me, this begins each morning at 6 AM with a simple yet impactful 7-minute wake-up workout that I’m inviting YOU to join.

This practice is about more than fitness. It’s part of a personal journey to replace habits that no longer align with my goals. My pattern disruption involves getting to Action Karate Mt Laurel early and starting the second part of my morning ritual in a space that inspires and empowers. At our karate school, we train warriors—not just in body, but in mind and spirit. This new morning habit is about awakening my indomitable spirit and preparing myself for the day ahead with intention and strength.

Join Me Live Each Morning at 6 AM

Starting your day with intention can set the tone for everything that follows. That’s why I’m inviting my community to join me live on Facebook every morning at 6 AM. These sessions are designed to energize your body, center your mind, and prepare you to take on the day with purpose. Click below to join the live event and set your reminders:

A Reflection on My 2020 10-Minute Workouts

Back in 2020, during a significant moment in history, I created a series of 10-minute workouts to help people move and stay active. These sessions were built around the idea of disrupting old habits and building new, empowering ones. As I work toward my goals in 2025, these workouts have become an inspiration for me to rebuild my strength and evolve.

I’ve shared the full playlist of these workouts here:

These quick and effective routines are perfect for anyone looking to take small, intentional steps toward a stronger and more resilient self. Whether you’re starting fresh or continuing your fitness journey, these sessions are a great way to disrupt patterns and create momentum.

This Week Is About Living Strong

This week, let’s focus on disrupting what no longer serves us and embracing what helps us grow. Whether you join me live in the morning or take inspiration from the 2020 playlist, I encourage you to take a step—however small—toward your goals. Together, we can make 2025 a year of action, resilience, and Living Strong.

I’d love to hear from you. How are you disrupting patterns and starting fresh this week? Share your thoughts in the comments, and let’s inspire each other to keep moving forward!
