As I move through this day, I will make it a point to…

Replace troubled thoughts with thoughts of peace.
Replace thoughts of weakness with thoughts of strength.
Replace thoughts of limitation with thoughts of possibility.
Replace thoughts of anger with thoughts of compassion.

I will let go of any thoughts of frustration and helplessness and replace them with thoughts of creativity and empowerment.

I will gather my various and scattered thoughts together, and point them all in a positive, productive direction. I will embrace each thought and allow the power of each thought to enhance the others.

My thoughts will determine what I decide to do with all that I have. And I will determine what my thoughts will be.

I will put them to work in a positive way, moment by moment and make them all thoughts that serve me well.
