
Hi everyone this is peter liciaga, your mount laurel martial arts guy with your black belt strong morning brief.
The other day one of our parents at Dinoto Karate school asked about my Black Belt Strong podcast.
“Master Liciaga, I haven’t heard from you in a while. What happened to your podcast?”
Well… I have to admit. One of my other podcasts exploded and I just got off track with the podcast that the faithful parent was referring to.
So…what do I do when I get off track?
I don’t despair that I got off track. I simply resume what I was doing. ….
I had great momentum, and then it was disrupted. That’s okay, because now I will get it back.
This is no time for blame or regret. This is my time to get back in focus, to get back on task.
This is my opportunity to get back in the zone of maximum effectiveness. This is when I can build even more momentum than I had before.
All is not lost, not by a long shot. All is ready and eager for me to get quickly back up to speed.
I realize that I can laugh at the disruption, and then be done with it. Know that my momentum and my good work are right here, ready for me to reclaim and exceed.
Consider me BACK ON TRACK.
