Energy Booster Green Juicer – A Juice Recipe That Will Energize and Nourish Your Body

Here is a juice that I use to boost my energy level. I call it my “Energy Booster Green Juicer.”

This juice is my supreme energy booster. I love it! It’s full of blood-cleansing greens, vitamins and minerals. The Parsley soothes the digestive system and it also helps cleanse the blood, the kidneys, liver; as well as the digestive tract. The Spinach is rich in vitamins A and C. It helps cleanse the liver and it aids in blood circulation. The Celery is a very alkaline food and also aids in digestion. It provides a whole bunch of calcium, magnesium and organic sodium, which together benefits the nervous system. The Green-leaf Romaine lettuce is filled with chlorophyll, which helps to build healthy red blood cells. It is also rich in vitamins A and C. And it’s a good source of silicon, an important nutrient for healthy hair and skin. And the Apples are a great source of pectin, which they, the experts, say helps to remove toxic junk from the intestinal walls. They are also rich in potassium and phosphorus.

Here are the ingredients:

  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • Hand full of Spinach
  • 6 Large Romaine Lettuce or similar green leafy vegetable
  • Hand full of Parsley
