“Have you done it yet? I have and wow! Just completed an awesome workshop with peter Liciaga in self defense. Included myself, my brother Phil, my wife dale and my daughter Chara who is off to pittsburgh pa to obtain her mfa from Chatham university. From showing us some quick basic standup and ground laying moves to what to do and how to do in different situations I highly recommend this class for students going off to college. An eye opener, full of great content! And even better peter came to our house to teach.
