Hi everyone, though I am on vacation this week I am one of those few that believe that vacations are great for not only getting recharged but to take one’s fitness level to the NEXT level!
My overall goal these days is to have a ‘sustainable fitness level’ to meet the challenges of my life-style — full-time Master Martial Arts Educator, Public Speaker, Webisode Producer, Consultant to performing artist and fitness/martial arts coach and mentor.
Here is a short 1-minute video sharing my training mindset for today.
My training for the day is as follow:
– Run 3.64 miles
– 136 push ups
– 203 crunch / sit ups
– 8 pull ups
– 66 squats
