It’s Day 19 of my 21-day Wakeup & Workout journey—a personal commitment to disrupt the patterns that no longer serve me. But while this marks a specific milestone in this challenge, it’s also the 24th day of the new year. 2025 is in full swing, and today, I want to speak directly to you—parents, grandparents, mentors, and anyone striving to live strong not just for yourself, but for those who matter most in your life.

One truth stands out above all else: If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.

The Power of Disrupting Patterns
