Yesterday marked some significant wins, both on and off the physical therapy floor. My physical therapist, Brooke, pushed my hip rehab forward by introducing new exercises, including leg curls—one of my all-time favorites. As someone deeply invested in my physical recovery, I’m learning that building and strengthening my glutes is crucial. This focus on progress rather than limitations has made each session feel like a victory, and yesterday’s session was no exception.

Not only did I advance physically, but I also learned that our business hit and surpassed a record-breaking revenue goal. It was a moment of celebration, a testament to the power of perseverance and teamwork. Wins like this remind me of the potential that comes from consistent effort, especially when done with a spirit of gratitude.
