“I was super excited about winning ALL AMERICAN! My time put me at 4th fastest 5k ever in South Jersey! Then on Saturday morning, I raced the 1600 leg of the DMR relay. I received the baton in 6th place and then managed to finish in first with a 4:56 split! My team raced under Cooper River Track Club. We finished in 12:13, shattering our own school DMR record set back in 1995!” – Ms. Bishof
Last Monday Ms. Bishof also raced in the 3200 at the NJ Meet of Champions. she finished second in the whole state with a time of 10:33.
